AFI’s Team

AFI’s main team such as Founder and Director worked voluntarily for the institution without any wages as the whole intention is to bring societal transformation. However, the implementing partners (Ms. Kiran Peter-WPTGF), community mobilizers (Ms. Shamim Akhtar and Ms. Gulnaz) or any other association/volunteer and vendors are mostly paid. But AFI’s believes on both financial and non-financial partnerships to bring a huge shift in the system and for sustainable development. Currently, there is as such no financial contributor as company is doing business with the investments of its creators that is huge in past and in present. But the practices can be modified in future as soon the company starts doing extensive business and turn up high on profit. The company was initially founded by the CEO (Ms. Zartasha Niazi) of the institution and later it was supported by Director and likeminded friends for the registration process. Our friend (Ms. Mona Khan, Journalist) only supported for registration process as there was no other input and founder’s family (elder brother- Mr. Fahad Irtiza Ahmed Khan) also supported only for finalizing the branding of AFI especially in designing logo. The branding support was just related to graphic of logo as the brand name and its strategic roadmap was purely done by the founder of institution. The registration support was only related to accompanying to the relevant government office along with contact but approach to the relevant officer and all the paperwork and compliance related to application was specifically completed by the Founder and Director. Afterwards all the initiative of the AFI is purely related to its Founder as there was hardly any support from anyone. AFI’s acknowledges everyone efforts for supporting its cause and mission and is very high on transparency and accountability mechanisms.
